PRESS: UBEO Business Services Welcomes Edgar Mendivil as National VP of Supply Chain

Austin, Texas – October 21, 2024 – UBEO Business Services, a leading provider of business technology and document management solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Edgar Mendivil as the National Vice President of Supply Chain. Edgar brings over 20 years of industry experience in supply chain management, with expertise in global inventory management, international logistics, and sales and operations planning (S&OP).

In his new role, Edgar will be responsible for driving a customer-first culture across UBEO's national operations. Reporting directly to John Barbieri, Chief Operating Officer, Edgar will oversee supply chain performance across all regions, ensuring efficient distribution and inventory management. His leadership will span UBEO’s diverse regional operating companies and branches, leveraging data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and performance.

Edgar joins UBEO following a successful tenure as VP of Global Supply Chain at Sound United LLC, where he managed supply chain operations for a high-end electronics manufacturer with annual revenues exceeding one billion dollars. His previous roles include Director of Supply Chain at EcoSense Lighting, Inc., and Director of Global Demand, Planning, Inventory, and S&OP at Infineon Technologies AG, one of the world’s top semiconductor manufacturers.
