UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Canon, Ricoh, Xerox and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.

Reports To: National CRM Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time / Non-Exempt
Purpose
To provide efficient allocation of technology (CRM), support, and training resources impacting the sales organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration
- Evaluate and configure the CRM system, and provide detailed end-user documentation.
- Escalation Point for technical issues
- Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Training sales and support staff to ensure familiarity with any revision to the CRM
- Maintain the integrity of the CRM
- Ensure Equipment and service pricing is up to date
- All Sales Documents are updated in the CRM:
- Assist with any Sales Related Projects i.e.: Territory Alignment, Business Processes, Acquisitions, etc.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs or increase productivity without reducing effectiveness.
- Maintain an open and candid working relationship with the immediate manager in discussing matters of importance.
- Adhere to established company values, practices, policies, and procedures at all times. Follow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations, and standards.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Related Dimensions
The administrator must have extensive knowledge of not only CRM software, but also sales, marketing, and business operations, and how they apply to the software. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will need to communicate with associates and use their input to keep the CRM software up to date-and aligned with their needs. Communication and interpersonal skills will also be essential when training employees on new or updated software, especially when dealing with a range of technical abilities. Experience with database development, business analysis, and data analysis will help when designing and updating the CRM software.

Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in an administrative/sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
